Each and every one of our staff represent the spirit of our institute: driven, committed, and acutely aware of how limitless Mitana Training potential is to grow. We go to great lengths to identify self-starters with diverse experience and skill sets to produce not just an effective workforce, but a well-rounded, talented and complementary team that works across its Training Courses offered to support our work investing in learners.
Our entire community — including the staff, and learners — are integral to the success of our team.
We at Mitana Training Institute recognise the need for skills training and improvement as a tool of empowerment and personal upliftment for the economically disadvantaged populace of South Africa.
As part of this empowerment process we offer assistance to trainees who successfully completed the courses in finding gainful employment through our network of Employment Recruitment consultants and our database of potential employers.
Our team structure enables you to grow as a professional. Our ultimate goal: develop your skills and talents in line with your interests and career goals.
We understand that a learner can’t be productive without a healthy and multifacet environment.
Our support spans far beyond the institute doors. Not only do we provide whole life changing advice to our learners for creativity, but we also engage them through frequent service opportunities.
